I literally have been writing this piece both over the last two weeks and only really frantically in the last hour on my lunch break BUT as we know, time is not linear and the universe is no longer “locally real” (whatever that means). This one’s inspired by Larissa’s emo election piece and my general angst about slay girl queen pussy bossing in the current state of the world. xx K

on this conspicuous 
Wednesday I 
          made you look! 
          but I’m just cranking along 
obeying the laws of physics & stuff 
          tasting orchestras feeling light 
hearing lavender overthrowing reality 
          as we know it the U.S. government 
is buying all the glitter 
          they’re taxing the vegetables
didn’t know what it meant 
           to be a beginner again to love 
marathons / haaaaate marathoners 
          the duality is killing me 
it’s all just corporate camp 
          once upon a time we thought 
things happened instantaneously 
	but now we’re just sliving 
         in the monoverse 
that's hot 
measuring 
         the speed of touch 
is always changing gaits 
mostly through infinity 
        adornments  
you always appear halfway 
across the world 
in flowers
