Kelly avoiding work and responding to Larissa’s piece, “I cannot be the only one who thought the Colosseum was like Madison Square Garden”. 😝

it seems like nobody wants to work these days

perhaps a bottle of champagne faries instead in da clerb we all fam does she know Billy Joel cuz he’s not dumb he just plays dumb on TV ladies Skins was the original Euphoria but never have I ever been caught like James Dean with a vape in my mouth I follow the full moon home with an attitude and sing at the top of my lungs like Dolly does my mother know that I started this lunar cycle below a train station with rhinestones on my eyes and ended it in an Irish pub it seems like I can’t write these days I’m having too much fun only get the good stuff out when depressed is an old mood maybe I’m just a mediocre basement poet when I’m live laugh loving life but we’ll see send me Piano Man from across the world and I’ll clear my meetings so I can double down and do it all again,

Kim-ber-ly ✌️

Hey, Trapper Keepers! Your assignment for the week is to NOT work hard. You heard me. Go smell a rose, take a walk, play with a dog, write a silly poem, get drunk with your friends in questionable locations, etc.

Love you bye,

K

Great prompt. Although, playing with my dog sometimes feels like work. Because he has to play, every day. Even when it rains. Still, it is fun. Sometimes work can be fun. I think it should be. Makes everything easier.
